For two portions you will need:
1 x jar of snails in bouillon
200 g breadcrumbs
1 x egg
100 g smooth flour (hladká mouka)
200 ml oil for frying
50 g sesame seeds
Remove the snails from their shells using a snail fork or toothpick and dry them briefly with a napkin, then coat them first with flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Serve with lemon drizzled onto the fried snails and a dressing of your choice or tartare sauce.
Toasted baguette, chips, mashed potato, etc.
