These terms govern purchases made through the e-shop and the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer.
Product information and prices are displayed in the e-shop. Prices include VAT according to the applicable Czech tax rate unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors in product information or prices are reserved.
The customer places an order by completing the checkout and confirming the order with an obligation to pay. The seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is formed after order acceptance by the seller.
Available payment and delivery methods are shown during checkout. Gift vouchers are delivered electronically. Physical goods are delivered according to the selected delivery method and destination.
Customer rights, withdrawal from the contract and complaint handling follow Czech law and the detailed Czech wording of the business terms, complaint rules and related forms available on the website.
