Fresh Helix aspersa maxima snail eggs are a delicacy with an unmistakable taste, pickled in organic Les Terroirs de Marrakech olive oil with a mixture of spices and sea salt, sprinkled with 24-carat edible gold. Hand cleaned and calibrated.
Vacuum-sealed in antiseptic tin, Desjardin (France).
