A delicacy of fresh Helix aspersa Maxima snail eggs with a distinctive flavour, preserved in organic Les Terroirs de Marrakech olive oil with a blend of spices and sea salt, then sprinkled with 24-carat edible gold. Hand-cleaned and calibrated. Vacuum-packed in antiseptic metal packaging by Desjardin (France). Net weight: 38g. Shelf life: 1 month. Store at 4-6 °C.
