Description
Snail meat cooked with root vegetables and white wine, prepared with farm butter, herbs and spices, makes a delicious and highly regarded baked appetiser. Bake in the oven at 185-195 °C for 8-10 minutes in the original packaging after removing the label and lid, or in a Nahošovice Farm porcelain baking dish. Vacuum-packed in antiseptic metal packaging, Desjardin (France). Contents: 78 g. Shelf life: 6 weeks. Store at 4-6 °C.
