Description
Snail meat cooked with root vegetables and white wine, filled with farmhouse butter, herbs and spices, makes a delicious and highly regarded baked starter. Bake in the oven at 185-195 °C for 8-10 minutes in the original packaging after removing the plastic layer, or in a Nahošovice Farm porcelain baking dish. Vacuum-packed in an eco tray by Faerch Plast (Denmark). Net weight: 156 g. Shelf life: 6 weeks. Store at 4-6 °C.
