Description
Snail meat cooked with root vegetables and white wine, filled with 24-month-aged Parmesan cheese and a blend of selected spices. Bake in the oven at 185-195 °C for 8-10 minutes in the original packaging after removing the label and lid, or in a Nahošovice Farm porcelain baking dish. Vacuum-packed in antiseptic metal packaging by Desjardin (France). Net weight: 78 g. Shelf life: 6 weeks. Store at 4-6 °C.
