Our farm’s mission is to produce nutritious, valuable yet sensorially exceptional meat for use in the preparation of delicacies of the highest culinary level and quality. As the processing and subsequent culinary preparation of snails is a time-consuming process lasting over four hours, we are taking the liberty of offering you a range of our products prepared according to the original recipes of our chef, ready for consumption within ten minutes. Unlike those of our competitors, our products are always fresh—cooled and vacuum packed into special antiseptic metal containers supplied by an experienced manufacturer in this field, French company Desjardin.
